We dislike surprises as much as you do! This may be all new to you, so we want to make sure you know what is happening at every milestone, when it is going to happen, and why it is happening. We’ve outlined the process so that purchasing your ZEN home will be a breeze. Location

A ZEN location is chosen for its surrounding amenities and comforts. It is always a place that has a balance of beauty and convenience, and it is a place that will support the ZEN philosophy of green building. Check out the new communities we are currently building in here.

The Finances

You will need to have your mortgage approved by a valid financial institution and supply us with a copy. You can also talk to us about financing options. There is never any harm in asking, and we might hace some great recommendations for you.

Design

This is the fun stuff! It’s where you make your house a home – choosing from our customization packages to make your ZEN townhome everything you want it to be. You will work closely with our designer at this point, so if you don’t think you have an eye for interior design, don’t worry – we’re here to help!

The Waiting

The construction period is going to be full of anticipation for you but don’t worry – we’ll keep you continuously updated. Take this time to start packing, look at new furniture, and get excited about your big move!

The “It’s So Close!” Feeling

At this point it is all down to the details. We are going to touch base with you about warranty, maintenance, and scheduling a walk-through. This step is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your new ZEN home.

The Keys!

Before we hand them over, we will need a few final signatures (deed of sale, mortgage agreement…you know – legal stuff), but then it is all yours. We will give you your keys and welcome you home!

The Love

Avalon Cares, and we are not going to disappear as soon as you step into your new home. We will be there for the one year warranty, service checks, and any other customer service you may need.
